Romeo Kaltenbrunner's cabaret program "Homesickness" takes a humorous look at home, identity, and growing up in the countryside. The story describes Romeo's journey from Vienna to Upper Austria to visit his dying grandmother. Along the way, he encounters his old childhood love and reflects on the challenges due to his skin color and social background. The tent festival in the village becomes a nostalgic journey, raising the question of what true home is. Can one be proud of a homeland when one does not know their father? Directed by Jürgen Marschal. Romeo Kaltenbrunner lives in Vienna and grew up in Upper Austria's Mühlviertel.
